I started my business at the age of twenty one with two children at the age of one and two. I created my business from the kitchen in my home and as the time went on I started to attend seminars, conferences, and educational classes. I went on to promote my business at health fairs and numerous surrounding county fairs. As my customer base grew so did the need for more space. Therefore, J. Cheeseman Wellness Center is now 2000 sq. ft.
